“Busy hands, are happy hands”…

“Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might…”       Ecclesiastes 9:10

Knitting & crocheting!!!

Some times I have helpers! 😆    Sonic &  Kimba (cats)

“Busy hands, are happy hands”…

I like to put them to work!  And one of my favorites hobbies are knitting & crocheting!  and they made  some of my favorites hats!  Scarves! Or vests.

I found this brilliant “old world” kind of harmony as I sat knitting, it has a relaxing and comforting element to as you are constantly making progress and progress with each new loop.

PS:  Looking at this work, it’s a reminder of how far I’ve come, the faithfulness of God, and of how grateful of where I am now.

Hope you try this little helpful hobby.
A  knitted heart,

"Take my hands, and let them move
At the impulse of thy love;
Take my feet, and let them be
Swift and beautiful for thee."
"Take My Hand, Precious Lord" is a gospel song.
Lyrics by Rev. Thomas Dorsey   (1899-1993)
Melody by George Nelson Allen  (1812-1877)

Proverbs 23:18
There is surely a future hope for you,
your hope will not be cut off.

Romans 4:18
Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”

Romans 12:12
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

1 Thessalonians 1:3
We continually remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.

I always hear that you should read the bible daily but I Wondered why??

Now I Know…

To build a relationship with God!

God is everywhere and in all things but if I want to build a relationship with God, then I should turn to the Bible.

To walk in faith!

~Romans 1:17 For therein is revealed a righteousness of God from faith unto faith: as it is written, But the righteous shall live by faith.

Bible scriptures open wide the door to all spiritual blessings for life.

Fall is almost here!

Labor Day, the only legal public holiday in September, comes on the first Monday of the month in Canada and the United States.

After Labor Day, most children return to school.

National Hispanic Heritage month.

Summer will be over soon.

Fall is almost here.  The birds will soon fly south for the winter.

By all these lovely tokens
September days are here,
With summer’s best of weather
And autumn’s best of cheer.
