Only one Mother♥

Standard

She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.
She speaks with wisdom,
and faithful instruction is on her tongue.

~Proverbs 31:25-26

Mother!

Hundreds of dewdrops to greet the dawn,
Hundreds of bees in the purple clover,
Hundreds of butterflies on the lawn,
But only one Mother the wide world over.
~ unknown

“Mother–that was the bank where we deposited all our hurts and worries.”

 –T. De Witt Talmage

“A mother’s love is a beacon of light that shines faith, and truth, and prayer; and through the changing scenes of life, her children find a haven there.”

Happy Mother’s Day!!

About Janndiaz

Stop and smell the flowers' We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature - trees, flowers, grass- grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence... We need silence to be able to touch souls. ~Mother Teresa

  1. I enjoyed your sweet and refreshing words on your website. Looking forward to when we meet again as meeting with friends is cherished in the heart.

  2. I enjoy your website as it is full of beauty and grace,
    truly a world of encouragement.
As we approach another Mother’s Day,
I am considering this that a mother is really the very heart of the family.
    She nourishes, she cherishes,
she becomes the strong shoulder to lean on in troubled times,
she is the one you can laugh and cry with.
She is a haven of rest.
Therefore, the mother is worthy of all honor and love,
and should be cherished for her portion to the family.
To be mother requires so much grace from the Lord,
so much daily supply from God.
We kneel on our knees to receive daily from Him and from His Word,
and we minister that to our family,
that they can receive healing and strength.
