“Welcome every morning with a smile.
Look on the new day as another
special gift from your Creator,
another golden opportunity to complete
what you were unable to finish yesterday.
Be a self-starter.
Let your first hour set the theme
of success and positive action
that is certain to echo
through your entire day.
Today will never happen again.
Don’t waste it with a false start
or no start at all.
You were not born to fail.”
~ Oq Mandino

The forest sing,

Let the trees of the forest sing,
let them sing for joy before the Lord,
for he comes to judge the earth.

1 Chronicles 16:33

“formed to be a spectator of the created world –and given eyes
that he might be led to its Author
by contemplating so beautiful a representation.”

~ John Calvin

Small things…

Be faithful in small things because it is in them that your strength lies.

I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think,
all the walks I want to take,
all the books I want to read,
and all the friends I want to see.

My wish for you:♥

Our pets!! Minty and sonic the cat… We hope you always find a reason to smile!

“This is my wish for you:♥
Comfort on difficult days,
smiles when sadness intrudes,
rainbows to follow the clouds,
laughter to kiss your lips,
sunsets to warm your heart,
hugs when spirits sag,
beauty for your eyes to see,
friendships to brighten your being,
faith so that you can believe,
confidence for when you doubt,
courage to know yourself,
patience to accept the truth,
Love to complete your life.”

Our own special light…

“Our obligation is to give meaning to life
and in doing so to overcome
the passive, indifferent life.”
– Elie Wiesel

“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord,
continue to live your lives in him,
rooted and built up in him,
strengthened in the faith as you were taught,
and overflowing with thankfulness.”
