La mente puede ir en mil direcciones, pero en este hermoso sendero, camino en paz. Con cada paso, el viento sopla. Con cada paso, una flor florece.
“Mantén tu fe en las cosas hermosas;
En el sol cuando está oculto,
En la primavera cuando se ha ido. ”

“Keep your faith in beautiful things;
in the sun when it is hidden,

“A cat has absolute emotional honesty:
human beings, for one reason or another,
may hide their feelings, but a cat does not.”

October’s the month
When the smallest breeze
Gives us a shower
Of autumn leaves.
Bonfires and pumpkins,
Leaves sailing down —
October is red
And golden and brown.
and Autumn comes,
and he who would have it otherwise would have high tide always
and a full moon every night;
and thus he would never know the rhythms that are at the heart of life.
“When animals express their feelings
they pour out like water from a spout. Animals’ emotions are raw,
unfiltered, and uncontrolled.
Their joy is the purest and most contagious of joys
and their grief the deepest and most devastating.
Their passions bring us to our knees in delight and sorrow.”
~ Marc Bekoff
